Once you complete your on-line order our fulfillment process begins.

If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to accommodate any changes to your order. Simply email or call us and let us know how we can best serve you.  If you call us after hours, just leave a message and we will be sure to hold your order until it is updated to your satisfaction.

If prior to notifying us, your order has shipped and left the building you can always return your order - so no worries.
